Energy Healing
It starts with your heart-felt ask. You can ask your Spirit Team for anything.. healing.. support.. life path questions.. a mediumship connection with a departed loved one.. whatever it is that you are seeking help and guidance with. We then use the biodynamic method to open the perceptual field and see what information and healing comes through from your Spirit Team.
Biodynamic healing works in the subtle realm of releasing what is no longer serving in the physical, emotional and spiritual body, and supports our inherent vitality and well-being. This modality works with issues currently presenting, and also gently addresses past experiences and/or traumas. The information and healing that comes through in a biodynamic session with me is psychically guided by your Spirit Team, and is completely unique to each client’s healing needs and desires. This work is most accessible and potent as distance healing by phone, and includes a recording of your healing session. (I also offer in person sessions by request, limited session times available.)
Guided Meditation
Meditation has so many scientifically proven health benefits; it reduces stress, anxiety, pain and depression, while it increases focus, creativity and emotional balance…to name a few! Using the biodynamic field, I stream spiritual-psychic consciousness and lead you through a personal guided meditation practice. Many times guides and angels show up for specific support. I consider this both a meditation practice, and healing session in one. This is offered over zoom, and can be an individual, or small group session.
End of Life Transition Care
End of life is a sacred time and event for both the dying and their family members. It is with great love and honor that I hold space and provide support for clients and families that are at this stage of the embodied journey. Through biodynamic work, massage therapy, and death/grief coaching, I offer spiritual psychic support leading up to, during, and after the death process. This work is my highest spiritual calling. I offer on-call support and specific soul release work, that facilitates more ease and comfort for this incredible transition event.
